mUX: The Journal of Mobile User Experience
mUX (previously ComC) is an open access journal encompassing a broad range of technology, social, and business research - including new interaction techniques for mobile devices, location-based applications, mobile services in entertainment, advertising, retail and gaming.
mUX will accept articles of any length that present a significant contribution to research, discussion, debate, or review. mUX publishes with a fast turnaround (3 months), and all articles are open access. Many institutions have membership arrangements (www.springeropen.com/inst), which mean no publishing fee is payable. Open access waivers and fee reductions are also available in many cases.
SpringerOpen is Springer’s new suite of open access journals which will cover all disciplines. SpringerOpen journals are fully and immediately open access and will publish articles under the Creative Commons Attribution license. This makes it easy for authors to fully comply with open access mandates and retain copyright.
